Therapy Dogs - Tuesday, 3/27

Did you know that petting dogs can raise your serotonin and dopamine levels, making you calmer and happier? (As if you needed an excuse to play with dogs!)  

Come join us for a surge of serotonin and dopamine, compliments of our furry, tail-wagging friends! Tuesday, March 27 in North Quad Room 2435.

Yoga & Meditation Event - Wednesday, 3/28

Yoga is a mind-body exercise effective for reducing stress, anxiety and improving brain function and mental health. Join us for an amazing Yoga event to be hosted at Oosterbaan Field House on Wednesday, March 28 from 6 - 8 PM.  Spots are limited. 

Peter Tunney - Thursday, 3/29

World renowned artist and social activist, Peter Tunney, fresh off of his latest show at Art Basel in Miami, will speak in Auditorium Room 2104 in the Penny W. School of Art and Design at Stamps Auditorium on Thursday, March 29 at 12 Noon. 

Mental Health Roundtable - Thursday, 3/29

Please join  Dr. Alec Miller,  Glenn Close,  Michi and Brandon Marshall, Hakeem Rahim and Peter Tunney to discuss mental health and how the stigma surrounding mental health impacts all of our lives and careers. Thursday, March 29 at 8 PM in Rackham Auditorium.

Who Can Relate? Concert Event at Hill Auditorium - Friday, 3/30

On March 30, 2018, Hill Auditorium will host an amazing night of Music, Spoken Word and a number of guest performers and speakers focused on messages related to mental health.  The event will feature a full performance by Grammy Nominated Visionary Music artist LOGIC. Doors open at 7, concert at 8 PM.
